Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have — in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. We've kept it in plain language.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Flow Matters Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 747157), trading as SalesDrive Agency ("SalesDrive", "we", "us", or "our"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

  • Controller: Flow Matters Limited, trading as SalesDrive Agency
  • Company registration number (Ireland): 747157
  • Registered office: 20 The Elms, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, W12 H519, Ireland
  • Privacy contact: hello@salesdrive.agency

If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, email us at hello@salesdrive.agency and we'll be glad to help.

2. The personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us through the forms on this website. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers that quietly build a profile of you (see Cookies below).

When you send an enquiry (contact form): we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — if you provide them — your company or brand, the type of work you're interested in, and any message you write. You also tell us whether you'd like to receive occasional marketing updates.

When you apply for a role (careers form): we collect your name, email address, phone number, county or location, your level of sales experience, your availability, and — if you provide them — a link to your CV or LinkedIn profile and any message about why you'd like to join.

Both forms are submitted through Web3Forms, which delivers the details straight to our email inbox. We don't ask for, or want, any special-category data (such as health or ethnicity) — please don't include it in a free-text message.

3. Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

Under Article 6 of the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using your personal data. Depending on how you interact with us, we rely on:

  • Legitimate interests — when you send a business enquiry, we use your details to read, respond to, and follow up on it. Our legitimate interest is running and growing our business by answering the people who contact us. We only use your details for the enquiry you made.
  • Consent — we send you marketing updates only if you tick the optional opt-in box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message, and doing so won't affect anything we sent beforehand.
  • Contract and pre-contract steps — when you apply for a role, we use your details to assess your application and take the steps you've asked us to take before any potential employment contract (for example, arranging a chat or interview).
  • Legal obligation — occasionally we may need to keep or disclose data to comply with the law (for example, tax or employment record-keeping).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it for other companies to market to you. We do use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") who handle data on our instructions, under contract, to help us run the website and respond to you:

  • Web3Forms — delivers the details you submit through our forms to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace — our email service, where your message is delivered and stored while we deal with it.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages to your browser.

We may also share data with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect it.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we genuinely need it, then delete it:

  • Enquiries: we keep contact-form messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can handle any follow-up, then delete them — unless they've become part of an ongoing client relationship.
  • Job applications: if your application isn't successful, we keep it for up to 12 months in case a suitable role comes up, then delete it — unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
  • Marketing consent: we keep you on our updates list until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectification — ask us to correct data that's inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances;
  • Restriction — ask us to pause how we use your data while a concern is resolved;
  • Objection — object to us using your data where we rely on legitimate interests;
  • Portability — ask for the data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, where we rely on your consent.

7. How to exercise your rights, and how to complain

To exercise any of these rights, just email us at hello@salesdrive.agency. It's free, and we'll respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first so we don't disclose your data to the wrong person.

We hope to resolve any concern directly, but you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority:

  • Data Protection Commission (DPC)
  • 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland
  • Website: www.dataprotection.ie

8. Cookies

This website does not use any cookies, and it does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Because of that, there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.

For the site to work, your browser does make requests to the companies that host it and provide its typefaces (Vercel and Google Fonts), and to Web3Forms when you submit a form. These requests are a normal part of loading and using the site rather than a way of tracking you across the web.

9. Keeping your data secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including reputable providers, encryption of data in transit, and limiting access to those who need it — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed, and any significant change will be reflected here.
